Terms of Service
These terms apply to custom acrylic photo prints ordered from My Acrylic Prints.
Your custom print
Each print is made from your photograph and selected options. Review the size, orientation, crop and mounting finish before checkout. Screen previews are illustrative and may differ from the finished print in color or appearance.
Your photograph
Submit only photographs you own or have permission to reproduce. Upload an original, high-resolution file where possible. The resolution estimate does not detect blur or compression artifacts. You authorize My Acrylic Prints and the relevant production service to reproduce the photograph for your order.
Prices and payment
The catalog starts at $119. Black and gold mounting finishes add $19. Silver standoffs are included with the standard mounting selection; print-only is also available. UPS Ground shipping is included. Review the final checkout total, applicable taxes and any accepted promotion before payment. A saved design is not a paid order.
Production and delivery
Standard production takes approximately two business days, followed by UPS Ground transit. Timing depends on the order, destination, holidays and carrier conditions. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Review Shipping & Delivery for details.
Returns, issues and cancellations
Completed custom prints are not accepted for return when correctly made. If your print arrives damaged or has a printing error, contact us for replacement assistance. Refund requests are reviewed with the relevant order details. For any cancellation request, contact hello@myacrylicprints.com promptly; do not assume the order has been cancelled without confirmation. These terms do not limit rights that apply by law.
