Privacy Policy

My Acrylic Prints uses your information to create your print, manage your account and support your order.

Information we use

We use your uploaded photograph, selected size, crop, orientation and mounting finish to create your print. Contact, shipping and order information is used to process payment, arrange delivery and assist with your order. Account information is used when you create an account or save a design.

Payment and service providers

Payment details are entered through hosted Stripe Checkout, not the photo configurator. We use Clerk for accounts, private Vercel Blob storage for photographs, and Neon for saved designs and order records. Relevant service providers process information needed to provide these services, including production and delivery.

Saved photographs and order records

Photographs for saved unpaid designs remain in private storage until you delete the design from your account. Deleting an unpaid saved design also removes its stored photograph. Paid order records cannot be deleted through the saved-design control because they support fulfillment and payment records. Contact hello@myacrylicprints.com to request assistance removing a paid-order photograph or other personal information. Some order and payment records may need to be retained for accounting, order support or legal obligations.

In-progress designs on your device

To preserve your selections when you visit another page, the store saves an unfinished design and its photograph in your browser. This local draft is valid for 24 hours and is removed on your next visit after expiry. A confirmed checkout clears the current local draft. Clearing site data in your browser also removes it. Selecting a photograph alone does not send it to our order storage; it is uploaded when you save a design or continue to checkout.

Analytics and conversion measurement

Where allowed by applicable law, U.S. visitors receive disclosed analytics and advertising conversion measurement by default, without an opt-in popup. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand visits, product selections, photo-upload outcomes and verified sales. Measurement may use first-party analytics and advertising cookies or Google ad-click identifiers to associate advertising interactions with purchases. We do not use these events to transmit uploaded photographs, photo contents, filenames, shipping addresses or payment card information. Advertising personalization is disabled. For visitors outside the United States, optional analytics requires an affirmative choice and advertising measurement remains disabled unless appropriately authorized.

Privacy choices and opt-out

You can disable optional analytics and advertising conversion measurement at any time through Privacy & Cookie Choices on this page and in the site footer. We honor supported browser Global Privacy Control signals by disabling optional tracking. Tracking is not necessary to create an account, save a design or complete payment. Where applicable, your opt-out request also applies to sharing for targeted advertising. Questions or requests about your privacy rights can be sent to hello@myacrylicprints.com.

Order tracking and retention

For eligible measurement sessions, the store temporarily associates analytics session identifiers with checkout and sends a verified purchase event from our server after Stripe confirms payment, even if the customer does not return to the order confirmation page. Pending measurement identifiers and delivery payloads are retained for up to 72 hours, and server-side measurement preferences expire after 30 days unless renewed. Withdrawing or denying tracking suppresses pending measurement events once the server receives that choice.

Questions and requests

Email hello@myacrylicprints.com with questions about your information or requests for access, correction or deletion. Do not include payment card details or passwords. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you before acting on a request.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the store or its services change. This version is effective October 20, 2026.
