Everything you need to know about your acrylic photo print.
How thick is the acrylic?
Each print is made from 5 mm thick clear acrylic (approximately 0.197 inches). The edge has a clean, refined profile.
How is the photo printed on acrylic?
We print your photo directly on the back of the acrylic (second-surface printing). You see the image through the clear, glossy front surface.
Is the printed image behind the acrylic?
Yes. The ink is on the reverse side rather than the front surface you touch. A white ink layer behind the image helps the colors stand out.
How does the acrylic print mount to the wall?
Choose four wall standoffs in silver, black or gold, or order the print without mounting hardware. Silver standoffs are included with the standard selection.
How do I clean my acrylic print?
Use a soft, lightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, alcohol and harsh cleaning products that could scratch or cloud the acrylic.
Which photo should I upload?
Use the original camera file. Screenshots and photos downloaded from social media may have lower resolution.
How does the image quality check work?
We estimate pixels per inch for your chosen print size and crop. We recommend at least 150 PPI. Below 100 PPI, choose a smaller print or a higher-resolution photo.
